Maxolot Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Updated at 2026-10-07
These Maxolot Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern participation in the Maxolot Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”). By applying to, being approved for, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms.
1. Maxolot Affiliate Program — Key Commercial Terms
1.1 Recurring Commission
Approved Affiliates may earn a recurring commission of 35% on eligible subscription payments generated through their qualifying referrals, subject to these Affiliate Terms.
1.2 Commission Calculation
The Affiliate commission is calculated as:
35% of the customer subscription amount actually paid after applicable customer discounts, excluding VAT, sales taxes and similar transaction-based taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, reversed transactions and amounts that are not successfully collected.
Payment-processing and transaction-related fees are not deducted from the commission base. This includes, without limitation, Stripe fees, credit-card or payment-provider fees, Endorsely fees, affiliate-platform fees and similar transaction-processing costs.
1.3 Customer Promotional Discount
Unless otherwise stated by Maxolot, customers may receive a 5–20% discount valid for 1–3 months.
Individual discount codes are provided and allocated after the Affiliate has been approved.
Where a customer discount applies, the Affiliate commission is calculated on the customer's actual eligible payment after the discount, subject to the exclusions in these Affiliate Terms.
1.4 Affiliate Personal-Use Discount
After approval, an Affiliate may be eligible for a 70% discount on the applicable Maxolot monthly subscription for legitimate personal use, for as long as the Affiliate remains active in the Affiliate Program.
The personal-use discount is subject to any conditions communicated by Maxolot and may not be used for commercial resale or other abusive purposes.
1.5 No Commission on Affiliate, Household or Related-Party Purchases
Affiliates may purchase Maxolot for themselves and may also purchase subscriptions for members of their household, family members or other related parties.
However, such purchases do not generate Affiliate commissions.
Affiliates must not create, arrange, encourage or manipulate transactions primarily for the purpose of generating Affiliate commissions.
Maxolot may exclude, cancel or reverse commissions arising from artificial, fraudulent, manipulated, abusive or otherwise improper transactions.
1.6 Tracking and Attribution
Eligible referrals are tracked through Maxolot's tracking systems and/or the applicable Affiliate platform.
The standard attribution period is 12 months from the qualifying referral click, subject to the tracking and attribution rules in these Affiliate Terms.
1.7 Refund Period
Maxolot currently provides a 30-day refund period, subject to the applicable customer terms and legal requirements.
If a customer payment is refunded, cancelled, charged back or otherwise reversed, the related Affiliate commission will be withheld, cancelled or reversed.
1.8 Failed Payments
No commission is earned on payments that fail, are declined, are cancelled or are otherwise not successfully collected.
If a previously failed payment is subsequently successfully collected, the payment may become commissionable, subject to these Affiliate Terms.
1.9 Commission Payment Timing
Eligible commissions are generally payable 30 days after the successful customer payment, plus an additional 5-day processing and refund buffer.
Accordingly, commissions will generally become payable approximately 35 days after the applicable successful customer payment, subject to the minimum payout threshold, verification, refunds, chargebacks and other adjustments.
1.10 Minimum Payout
The minimum payout threshold is $50.
If the Affiliate's eligible commission balance is below $50, the balance will carry forward until the minimum payout threshold is reached, subject to these Affiliate Terms.
1.11 Affiliate Marketing Kit
After approval, Maxolot may provide the Affiliate with an Affiliate Marketing Kit, which may include:
- an individual Affiliate promotional link;
- an individual promotional or discount code;
- marketing materials;
- promotional copy and creative materials;
- email outreach emails, templates and examples;
- lists and resources for Facebook groups and content distribution;
- subreddit lists and resources;
- cold email marketing guidelines;
- SEO and GEO optimization tips;
- growth-hacking tools, resources and strategies; and
- other promotional materials and resources.
The availability and contents of the Affiliate Marketing Kit may change from time to time.
1.12 Google Ads and Maxolot Brand Terms
Affiliates may use paid advertising subject to these Affiliate Terms.
However, Affiliates may not bid on, purchase or target Maxolot brand terms, trademarks, brand variations, misspellings or keywords clearly intended to target Maxolot, unless Maxolot has given prior written authorization.
2. Eligibility and Approval
2.1 Application
To participate in the Affiliate Program, an applicant must provide accurate and complete information requested by Maxolot or the applicable Affiliate platform.
2.2 Eligibility
Affiliates must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- have the legal capacity to enter into these Affiliate Terms;
- provide accurate and complete information;
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations; and
- comply with these Affiliate Terms and the applicable rules of advertising platforms, social networks, email providers, Affiliate platforms and other services used for promotion.
2.3 No Guaranteed Acceptance
Maxolot may approve or reject any Affiliate application at its discretion.
Approval to participate does not create a guarantee of commissions, income, traffic, conversions or continued participation in the Affiliate Program.
3. Affiliate Links, Tracking and Attribution
3.1 Individual Affiliate Link
Approved Affiliates may receive an individual Affiliate promotional link and/or promotional code.
Affiliates must use the promotional links and codes provided or approved by Maxolot and must not alter, manipulate or obscure tracking mechanisms in a manner that interferes with attribution.
3.2 Tracking
Maxolot may use its own systems and/or third-party Affiliate platforms, including JVZoo, ClickWarrior and Endorsely, to track referrals, conversions, commissions and related Affiliate activity.
Tracking may involve cookies, referral identifiers, pixels or similar technologies, subject to Maxolot's Privacy Policy, including its cookies section.
3.3 Last-Click Attribution
Unless Maxolot expressly states otherwise, attribution is based on last-click attribution.
Where multiple Affiliates or referral sources are involved, the qualifying referral may generally be attributed to the last eligible Affiliate interaction recorded by the applicable tracking system.
3.4 Tracking Limitations
Maxolot is not responsible for commissions that cannot be properly attributed because of circumstances outside its reasonable control, including blocked cookies, browser restrictions, privacy settings, deleted cookies, device changes, tracking failures, technical errors, incorrect use of Affiliate links or codes, or actions by third-party platforms.
3.5 Twelve-Month Attribution Period
The standard Affiliate attribution period is 12 months from the qualifying referral click, unless otherwise stated by Maxolot.
A customer who purchases during the applicable attribution period may generate eligible recurring commissions, subject to all other requirements and exclusions in these Affiliate Terms.
3.6 Protection of Existing Referrals Following Termination Without Violation
If Maxolot terminates an Affiliate's participation without the Affiliate having violated these Affiliate Terms, properly attributed existing referrals may remain eligible for commissions during the applicable 12-month attribution period, provided that the underlying customer payments remain eligible under these Affiliate Terms.
3.7 Exceptions
Maxolot may establish specific attribution rules for particular campaigns, promotional codes, products, channels or Affiliate arrangements. Any such exceptions may be communicated separately to the affected Affiliate.
4. Commissions
4.1 Commission Rate
The standard recurring Affiliate commission rate is 35% of eligible customer subscription payments.
4.2 Commission Base
The commission base is the customer subscription amount actually paid after applicable customer discounts, excluding:
- VAT;
- sales taxes and similar transaction-based taxes;
- refunds;
- credits;
- chargebacks;
- reversed transactions;
- cancelled transactions;
- failed or uncollected payments; and
- other amounts that are not successfully collected as eligible subscription revenue.
Payment-processing fees and transaction costs are not deducted from the commission base.
This includes, without limitation, Stripe fees, credit-card fees, payment-provider fees, Endorsely fees, Affiliate-platform fees and similar transaction-processing costs.
4.3 Discounts
Customer discounts reduce the amount on which the Affiliate commission is calculated.
Affiliate personal-use discounts and other transactions that are excluded under these Affiliate Terms do not generate Affiliate commissions.
4.4 Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer payment is refunded, charged back, cancelled or reversed, Maxolot will cancel, withhold or reverse the related Affiliate commission.
If a commission has already been paid and the underlying customer transaction is subsequently refunded, charged back or reversed, Maxolot may offset the corresponding amount against future commissions or otherwise recover the amount where permitted by applicable law.
4.5 Failed Payments
No commission is payable on failed, declined or uncollected customer payments.
If the customer subsequently makes a successful payment, that payment may become eligible for commission subject to these Affiliate Terms.
4.6 Recurring Commissions
Eligible recurring commissions may continue for as long as the referred customer remains subscribed and continues making eligible payments, subject to the applicable attribution period, tracking rules, refunds, chargebacks, termination provisions and other conditions of these Affiliate Terms.
4.7 Commission Verification
Maxolot may review and verify commissions before payment.
Maxolot may withhold, adjust, reverse or cancel commissions where it reasonably determines that a transaction is fraudulent, artificial, manipulated, duplicated, improperly attributed, generated in violation of these Affiliate Terms or otherwise not eligible for commission.
5. Affiliate Personal-Use and Related-Party Purchases
5.1 Affiliate Personal Subscription
An approved Affiliate may use the Affiliate Program to purchase Maxolot for legitimate personal use and may be eligible for the Affiliate personal-use discount described above.
5.2 Household and Related Parties
Affiliates may purchase subscriptions for household members, family members or other related parties, provided the purchases are genuine and for legitimate use.
5.3 No Commission
No Affiliate commission is payable on the Affiliate's own subscription or on subscriptions purchased for household members, family members or other related parties where the transaction is connected to the Affiliate's own use or related-party use.
5.4 No Manipulation
Affiliates must not create transactions, accounts or referrals primarily for the purpose of generating commissions.
Maxolot may cancel or reverse commissions associated with artificial, fraudulent, self-referral, manipulated or abusive transactions.
5.5 No Requirement to Purchase
Affiliates are not required to purchase a Maxolot subscription in order to participate in the Affiliate Program.
Approved Affiliates receive sign-up bonus credits to start using the platform and generate the content they need for promotion.
6. Prohibited Promotional Practices
Affiliates must promote Maxolot honestly, transparently and in a manner that does not harm Maxolot, its customers, its brand, its reputation or its technical infrastructure.
Affiliates must not:
- make false, misleading, deceptive or unsubstantiated claims;
- misrepresent Maxolot, its products, services, pricing, features, performance or guarantees;
- impersonate Maxolot or represent themselves as Maxolot employees or official representatives unless expressly authorized;
- engage in spam, unsolicited mass messaging, automated spam or other abusive outreach;
- use bots, fake accounts, fake engagement, fake reviews or comment spam;
- manipulate tracking, referrals, cookies, promotional codes or attribution;
- generate artificial transactions or conversions;
- engage in practices that damage Maxolot's reputation, domain reputation, deliverability or financial interests;
- violate intellectual property rights;
- violate privacy, data protection, advertising or consumer-protection laws;
- use Maxolot's trademarks or branding in a misleading manner; or
- engage in any other promotional practice that Maxolot reasonably determines is abusive, deceptive, unlawful or harmful to the Affiliate Program.
Coupon Websites
Affiliates may not publish or distribute Maxolot promotional codes on coupon websites, public discount directories, coupon aggregators or similar public discount-code databases, unless Maxolot has expressly authorized this in writing.
Affiliates must not represent a Maxolot promotional code as an independently obtained public coupon when it is intended to be used as an Affiliate tracking mechanism.
7. Paid Advertising and Search Marketing
Affiliates may use paid advertising where permitted by these Affiliate Terms and the applicable advertising platform's rules.
Affiliates must not:
- bid on Maxolot brand terms or trademarks without written authorization;
- use Maxolot trademarks in advertisements in a misleading or unauthorized manner;
- create advertisements that imply official Maxolot sponsorship or ownership where none exists;
- use misleading landing pages;
- engage in trademark bidding, cloaking or other tactics designed to circumvent these rules; or
- violate Google Ads, Meta Ads or other advertising-platform policies.
Maxolot may require an Affiliate to stop any paid campaign that it reasonably considers harmful, misleading, unauthorized or inconsistent with these Affiliate Terms.
8. Brand and Intellectual Property
Maxolot and its licensors retain all rights in Maxolot trademarks, logos, names, content, software, materials and other intellectual property.
Subject to these Affiliate Terms, Maxolot grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use approved Maxolot promotional materials solely for promoting Maxolot through the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates may not modify, register, copy, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit Maxolot intellectual property except as expressly permitted.
Upon termination, Affiliates must stop using Maxolot promotional materials and trademarks, except to the limited extent necessary to preserve expressly protected existing referral attribution.
9. Affiliate Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their Affiliate relationship whenever required by applicable law, regulation, advertising rules or platform policies.
Affiliate disclosures must be truthful, understandable and placed where users can reasonably see them before or at the time they are exposed to the relevant promotional content.
10. Email Marketing
Affiliates may use email marketing where legally permitted.
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their email marketing complies with applicable laws and regulations, including applicable privacy, electronic communications, advertising and anti-spam requirements.
Affiliates must not use purchased, scraped, unlawfully obtained or otherwise unauthorized email lists to promote Maxolot.
Affiliates must provide any disclosures, consent mechanisms, identification and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.
11. Social Media and Content
Affiliates may promote Maxolot through lawful and permitted channels, including websites, blogs, newsletters, webinars, social media, online communities and other content channels.
Affiliates may use direct-message outreach on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or X where permitted by applicable law and the relevant platform's rules.
Affiliates must not use spam, automated mass messaging, fake accounts, fake engagement, misleading content or other tactics that violate platform policies or applicable law.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content is accurate and does not make unsupported claims about Maxolot.
12. Coupons, Discounts and Promotions
Affiliates may use Maxolot promotional codes, discounts and promotional materials only as authorized by Maxolot.
Affiliates must not:
- modify or fabricate Maxolot promotional codes;
- represent expired or unauthorized offers as active Maxolot offers;
- publish Affiliate codes on coupon websites or public discount directories without written authorization;
- misrepresent the amount or duration of a discount;
- create fake urgency or misleading promotional claims; or
- use a promotion in a manner that interferes with proper Affiliate attribution.
Maxolot may change, suspend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
13. Compliance with Laws and Platform Rules
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations and platform rules applicable to their promotional activities.
This includes, where applicable:
- advertising and consumer-protection laws;
- privacy and data-protection laws;
- electronic communications and anti-spam laws;
- intellectual property laws;
- advertising-platform rules;
- social-media platform rules; and
- applicable disclosure requirements.
Nothing in these Affiliate Terms authorizes an Affiliate to engage in conduct that is unlawful or prohibited by a third-party platform.
14. Affiliate Platforms and Third-Party Services
The Affiliate Program may be administered or supported through third-party platforms and services, including JVZoo, ClickWarrior and Endorsely.
Such platforms may provide tracking, attribution, reporting, payment processing, Affiliate account management or other program-related services.
Affiliates may be required to comply with the applicable terms and policies of those platforms.
Where an Affiliate participates through a third-party platform (such as JVZoo, ClickWarrior or Endorsely), that platform's terms govern tracking, attribution, commission payment, payout timing, minimum payout and refund processing for transactions handled through that platform, to the extent they conflict with these Affiliate Terms. These Affiliate Terms continue to apply to all other matters, including promotional conduct, brand use, prohibited practices, intellectual property and confidentiality.
Maxolot is not responsible for third-party platform outages, technical failures, policy changes or other matters outside Maxolot's reasonable control.
15. Taxes and VAT
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax obligations arising from commissions received through the Affiliate Program, subject to applicable law.
Affiliate commissions are calculated using the commission base described in these Affiliate Terms and exclude VAT, sales taxes and similar transaction-based taxes charged to customers.
VAT and other taxes applicable to the Affiliate's own commission or services are handled separately and depend on the Affiliate's location, tax status and applicable law. Each Affiliate is responsible for determining and complying with its own tax and VAT obligations, including any registration, invoicing, reporting or payment requirements that may apply.
Maxolot may make any tax withholding, reporting or other tax-related adjustments where required by applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination
16.1 Termination by Maxolot
Maxolot may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, and without advance notice or an obligation to provide an explanation, subject to mandatory applicable law.
16.2 Termination for Violation
If an Affiliate violates these Affiliate Terms, applicable law, platform rules or Maxolot's promotional requirements, Maxolot may immediately suspend or terminate the Affiliate's participation.
Where appropriate, Maxolot may withhold, cancel or reverse commissions associated with the violation.
16.3 Termination Without Affiliate Violation
If Maxolot terminates an Affiliate without the Affiliate having violated these Affiliate Terms, properly attributed existing referrals may remain eligible for commissions during the applicable 12-month attribution period, provided the underlying payments remain eligible under these Affiliate Terms.
16.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop actively promoting Maxolot and stop using Maxolot promotional materials and trademarks, except to the limited extent necessary to preserve expressly protected existing referral attribution.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.
17. Changes to the Affiliate Program
Maxolot may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, promotional offers, tracking methods, attribution rules, payout procedures or other program features.
Maxolot may also update these Affiliate Terms from time to time.
Updated terms may be communicated by email, through the Affiliate platform or by another reasonable method.
Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Confidentiality
Affiliates must keep confidential any non-public information provided by Maxolot in connection with the Affiliate Program.
Confidential information may include non-public commission information, marketing strategies, internal resources, customer information, technical information, business information and other information that is reasonably understood to be confidential.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the Affiliate or that the Affiliate is legally required to disclose.
19. No Guarantee of Earnings
Maxolot does not guarantee that an Affiliate will generate any particular level of traffic, customers, conversions, commissions or income.
Any examples, projections, estimates, case studies or promotional statements concerning potential earnings are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maxolot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from or related to participation in the Affiliate Program.
Maxolot is not responsible for losses resulting from third-party platforms, advertising networks, payment processors, technical failures, tracking limitations, changes in search-engine algorithms, social-media policies or other matters outside Maxolot's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Affiliate Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Maxolot and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from or related to:
- the Affiliate's breach of these Affiliate Terms;
- the Affiliate's violation of applicable law;
- the Affiliate's violation of third-party platform rules;
- the Affiliate's promotional activities;
- misleading or unauthorized claims made by the Affiliate;
- infringement of third-party rights caused by the Affiliate; or
- the Affiliate's misuse of Maxolot's intellectual property or promotional materials.
22. Privacy and Data Protection
Affiliate personal data is handled in accordance with Maxolot's general Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
The Affiliate Program may involve the processing of Affiliate and referral-related information by Maxolot and third-party Affiliate platforms and service providers.
Affiliates must not collect, process, sell, disclose or otherwise use personal data obtained through their promotional activities except as permitted by applicable law and the relevant privacy requirements.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection obligations in connection with any personal data they process as part of their promotional activities.

All communications relating to the Maxolot Affiliate Program are handled through:

24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Affiliate Terms and the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or other legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Affiliate Terms or the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saint-Quentin, France, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rules that apply under applicable law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Affiliate Terms, together with any specific written terms or conditions expressly agreed between Maxolot and the Affiliate, constitute the agreement governing participation in the Affiliate Program.
If there is a conflict between these Affiliate Terms and a specific written agreement expressly entered into between Maxolot and an Affiliate, the specific written agreement will control to the extent of the conflict.
If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
