1. One-time yearly deals: 30-day money-back guarantee
One-time purchases that give access to Maxolot for a fixed period, such as the Founder Deal and other yearly deals, come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If Maxolot isn't right for your business, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount you paid. No questions asked.
When the refund is issued, the access included in that purchase ends.
2. Monthly subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Payments already made for the current period are not refunded, except where required by law.
3. How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] or use our Contact page, from the email address you used at checkout. Tell us which purchase you'd like refunded.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Once we've processed it, it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
